Partnership Terms and Conditions for Infinite Possibilities Foundation
1. Introduction
These Partnership Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Infinite Possibilities Foundation, a non-governmental organization focused on empowering poor farmers, widows, orphans, and the marginalized in society, and potential partners interested in collaborating with the foundation. The foundation’s primary area of operation is the Akuapem South constituency in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
2. Objectives
The primary objective of partnerships is to collaborate on projects and initiatives that benefit and empower the target groups in the Akuapem South constituency.
Both parties must aim to work together to improve the socio-economic status, health, education, and overall well-being of the beneficiaries.
3. Responsibilities of Infinite Possibilities Foundation
The Foundation will provide detailed information about its ongoing project, initiatives, and the impact achieved in the community.
The Foundation will seek opportunities for collaboration, propose project ideas, and provide necessary resources and support for joint initiatives.
The Foundation will maintain transparency in its operations and financial management, providing regular reports to partners as agreed upon.
4. Responsibilities of the Partner
The Partner will actively participate in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation alongside the Foundation.
The Partner will contribute resources, expertise, and support to ensure the success of collaborative projects.
The Partner will adhere to the values and mission of the Foundation, maintaining professionalism and respect in all interactions with beneficiaries and stakeholders.
5. Project Collaboration
Collaboration projects will be defined through a mutually agreed upon Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Project Agreement, outlining the scope, objectives, roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
Both parties will work together to secure funding, grants, or donations for joint projects and initiatives , leveraging their networks and resources effectively.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, financial details, and personal data shared during the partnership.
Information shared between the Foundation and the Partner will only be used for the purposes of collaboration and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership by providing a written notice of termination at least 30 days in advance.
In the event of termination, both parties will work together to ensure a smooth transition of ongoing projects and activities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of the partnership shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
9. Acceptance
By engaging in a partnership with Infinite Possibilities Foundation, the Partner agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions and work towards the common goal of empowering the vulnerable groups in the Akuapem South constituency.
